Child Tax Credit Can Help With a Pro-Growth Policy

Your editorial “Child Tax Credit Extortion” (Dec. 15) correctly skewers the Democrats’ attempted hostage-taking around corporate R&D credits, but it leaves out an important part of the puzzle: Pro-family tax reform is a complement to pro-business tax policies, not a substitute.
