On February 7, 2018, EPPC President Ed Whelan appeared at an event hosted by the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia titled “Justice Antonin Scalia: Life and Legacy.” Mr. Whelan, a former law clerk to Justice Scalia, spoke with NCC president and CEO Jeffrey Rosen about the justice’s jurisprudence and about Scalia Speaks: Reflections on Law, Faith, and Life Well Lived, which Mr. Whelan co-edited. Mr. Whelan’s appearance was followed by an additional panel discussion.
