On March 8, 2021, EPPC Senior Fellow Roger Severino joined “Washington Watch with Tony Perkins” to discuss President Biden’s decision to fire the EEOC General Counsel and the implications for religious freedom.

[Mr. Severino filed a lawsuit on February 3 against President Biden to prevent the president from removing him from the Council of the Administrative Conference of the United States (ACUS) before the expiration of his three-year term as provided by law.]
