On July 13th, 2012, EPPC Fellow James C. Capretta appeared on Brian Lehrer’s radio show to discuss a vision for health care reform vastly different from the vision embodied in Obamacare. The appearance was prompted by an article Mr. Capretta wrote (with co-author Bob Moffit) for National Affairs entitled “How to Replace Obamacare.” The discussion focused on the reforms that are necessary to build a functioning marketplace for health care in the United States.
