The Cleveland Chapter of the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network, a professional association of experts on job-based health insurance, invited EPPC Fellow James C. Capretta to make a presention at their April 16th 2009 meeting. Mr. Capretta’s presentation focused on the pressures which are driving legislators to consider reform measures, and the implications of the emerging plans for the future of job-based coverage.
