On May 12, 2009, EPPC Fellow James C. Capretta participated in a panel discussion at the American Enterprise Institute on the 2009 report of the Medicare Trustees. Mr. Capretta focused his comments on the structural problems embedded in Medicare’s current design which are driving up costs for the program and for overall health system as well.
