On October 5, C-SPAN’s Washington Journal news program invited EPPC Senior Fellow James C. Capretta to participate in a segment on the early implementation phase of Obamacare. Mr. Capretta was joined on the program by Keith Fontenot, of the Brookings Institution. Mr. Capretta and Mr. Fontenot answered questions from the show’s host, John McArdle, as well as from viewers who called into the program.
