The Transatlantic Law Forum (TLF) hosted its fifth annual conference on October 28–29 at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany. The topic of the conference was “Constitutionalism in Crisis?”
EPPC Senior Fellow Henry Olsen participated in a panel discussion entitled, “Can Constitutional Democracies Still Be Governed?” with Alberto Mingardi of the Istituto Bruno Leoni, Kenneth Minogue of the London School of Economics, and Michael Wohlgemuth of the Walter Eucken Institut.
