After the Election: Can the New Congress Repeal Health Care Reform?

On November 4, 2010 EPPC Fellow James C. Capretta participated in a public forum sponsored by the Hudson Institute entitled, “After the Election: Can the New Congress Repeal Health Care Reform?” Hanns Kuttner of Hudson moderated the event, and Mr. Capretta was joined on a panel by Tevi Troy of Hudson, Tom Miller of AEI, Nina Owcharenko of the Heritage Foundation, and Doug Badger, of The Nickles Group. Mr. Capretta’s presentation focused on steps the new 112th Congress could take that would lay the political and policy foundation for full repeal and replacement of the health care law after the 2012 presidential election.
