Chloe Lawrence is a Policy Analyst for EPPC’s Bioethics, Technology, and Human Flourishing program. She focuses on exposing and countering digital threats to children and the family.

Before joining EPPC, Ms. Lawrence was a speechwriter and press secretary in the United States Senate. There, she worked on a broad range of issues, including protecting children online and responding to threats posed by social media platforms. She has also been a journalist for a national newspaper, where she reported on free speech, abortion, and other human rights issues. Her writing has appeared in The Hill, The Washington Examiner, Public Discourse, The Daily Signal, and The Federalist, among other outlets.

Ms. Lawrence received her B.A. in philosophy and psychology from the College of William and Mary. She lives with her husband on Capitol Hill.
