Chloe Lawrence is a Policy Analyst at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, where she works on the Technology and Human Flourishing Project. Before joining EPPC, Ms. Lawrence was a Speechwriter and Press Secretary in the United States Senate. She has also been a journalist for a national newspaper.

During her time in the Senate, Ms. Lawrence worked on a broad range of issues, including protecting children online and responding to threats posed by social media platforms. Prior to that, her reporting focused on free speech, abortion, and other human rights issues. Her writing has appeared in The Hill, Public Discourse, and The Daily Signal.
Ms. Lawrence received her B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology from the College of William and Mary after growing up in Dubai, UAE. She is currently pursuing an M.A. in Biblical Counseling from the Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Ms. Lawrence lives with her husband on Capitol Hill.
