William P. Burleigh, chairman of the E.W. Scripps Company, has been elected chairman of EPPC’s Board of Directors. William P. Barr and Joseph D. (Nick) Decosimo have joined as new Directors.

The Ethics and Public Policy Center is launching today a major new magazine on technology, ethics, and American politics. “Stem cells, fuel cells, bio-weapons — these are the issues that will define American life and American politics in the years ahead,” said New Atlantis editor Eric Cohen.
