The Ethics and Public Policy Center today filed an amicus brief in support of two Catholic schools in pending cases in the United States Supreme Court. EPPC’s brief in Our Lady of Guadalupe School v. Morrissey-Berru and St. James School v. Biel urges the Supreme Court to adopt procedural protections in support of the First Amendment’s ministerial exception.
