On June 28th, 2012, EPPC Fellow James C. Capretta participated in panel event at the American Enterprise Institute following the Supreme Court’s ruling on the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). Mr. Capretta outlined his proposal for health care reform and argued that, unlike the ACA, a defined contribution system can create a functioning marketplace that would control costs.
