Health Reform Then and Now: What Do We Need to Know?

September 11, 2009 | American Enterprise Institute

On September 11, 2009, EPPC Fellow James C. Capretta participated in a panel discussion at the American Enterprise Institute entitled, “Health Reform Then and Now: What Do We Need to Know?”. The session focused on the difference in the quality and thoroughness of the analytical information available on presidential health-care reform plans in 1994 and 2009. Mr. Capretta focused his comments on three assertions made by President Barack Obama regarding the plans emerging this year in Congress that are highly questionable based on the facts.

Video of the event is available online.
