Adam Keiper is a Fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center and Director of EPPC's program on Science, Technology, and Society. He is also the editor of The New Atlantis, EPPC's journal about the ethical, political, and social implications of technological advancement.Mr. Keiper, who has worked on Capitol Hill, in various think tanks, and in a corporate lobbying office, lectures and writes on science and technology policy. In 1999, he founded the Center for the Study of Technology and Society, a think tank concerned with the social, moral, and political implications of science and technology.
