On April 4, 2001, the Religion and the Media, Catholic Studies, and Jewish Studies projects co-sponsored a meeting to examine recent arguments about Pius XII's response to the Holocaust. Joseph Bottum of the Weekly Standard, Ronald Rychlak of the University of Mississippi, and Marc Saperstein of George Washington University addressed this topic.
